Unpublished exposition at Petit Palais, of Fernand Pelez (Paris 1848-1913), an artist who dedicated his work to poor and humble people until 17 January From 10am 70 18:00 High in the Batignolles district with an artist illustrator father, Pelez was formed at the academic rules at the School of Fine Arts, then focused his work on the figures of the popular Paris he met in Montmartre where he established his studio.
